Our meeting is founded on the following principles:

• Respect for Alcoholics Anonymous, the program that has saved our lives 

• Commitment to the group, to each other, and AA. 

• Sponsorship - to have a sponsor and to be a sponsor. 

• Altruism - to sacrifice for the greater good understanding that I am "one of many."
